5. PAYMENT

5.2 Invoices shall be issued at regular intervals, and payment is due within the specified timeframe.

6.1 The User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the services provided belong to the Company.
6.2 The User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any of the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the provision of services.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services.
8.2 The total liability of the Company, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the fees paid by the User for the services.
9. TERMINATION
9.1 Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms.
9.2 Upon termination, the User shall promptly cease using the services, and any outstanding fees shall become due.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.
